Sponsorship Opportunities

Please join us in our mission to nurture the healthcare workers of tomorrow!

Sponsorship can be in the form of financial donations, advertising aid, donated services, and information tabling

Financial Donations

Help provide the HPS Committee with the funds to aid in purchasing event space, food, beverages, supplies, etc. Donors will be recognized by donation level in the HPS event program. Your generosity will directly help students aspiring towards a career in healthcare!

Corporate Event Sponsor Levels:

Champion: $3000 or more, 3-year commitment

Platinum: $3000 or more

Gold: $1500-$2999

Silver: $500-$1499

Bronze: $100-$499

What Sponsors Receive in Return:

Champion: Full page advertisement in program, logo on welcome banner, recognition as an "Event Champion", and 30 second promotional video.

2024 Promotional Video: HPS 2024 Championship Sponsors

Platinum: Logo on welcome banner and full-page advertisement in program.

Gold: Full page advertisement in program.

Silver: 1/2 Page Advertisement in program.

Any sponsorship below 1,000 will receive a tier classification of either silver or bronze, but not an advertisement.

Submission Dimensions (What We Need From You)

1 Page Advertisement: 7.50" by 9.00"

½ Page Advertisement: 7.50" by 4.50"

Please submit as either JPEG, PNG, or SVG. Some things to consider about file type: JPEG works best for photos/actual pictures. PNG and SVG are great for computer-generated graphics with solid, uniform colors (such as logos).

Individual Donation Levels

• $3000 for 3 years: Champion

• $1000 - $2499: Gold

• $500 - $999: Silver

• $250 - $499: Bronze

Program Dimensions (What You Will See)

1 Page Advertisement: 4.85" by 6.95"

½ Page Advertisement: 4.85" by 3.48"

The final program will be 5.50" by 8.50" (width by height), and the dimensions listed above will be the actual size of sponsor ads in the program. The submission dimensions are different due to the method with which the program is created.

Donors will be recognized by donation level in the HPS Event Program.
